How do I rank the Board games?
The list is already loaded above. Edit it if you like, then click 'Get started'. You will see two items at a time. Pick the one you prefer, and keep going until the tool has your full order. You can undo a choice, and your ranking is saved if you sign in, so you can share the link. To find out what a group thinks, choose Share, then Rank it together, and send the link to your friends. You will see one combined order.

How many comparisons will it take?
For 16 items, full precision asks at most 46 questions, which is about 2 minutes of clicking. It uses the Ford-Johnson merge-insertion sort, which guarantees the exact order with as few comparisons as possible. Add more items and the number goes up a little faster than the list grows.
