What happens when I reach a limit on the Free plan?
The action stops, and you see exactly what the limit is. Nothing you already have is deleted or locked. You can carry on using everything else.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. Open your account page and choose Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account returns to Free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Pro is not for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of any payment. Email [email protected]. The terms have the details.
What happens to my data if I go back to Free?
Nothing is deleted. If you have more than the Free limit, you can still view, edit and delete what you have, but you cannot add more until you are under the limit. Link passwords, expiry dates and public status pages you already set keep working. You can remove them, but adding new ones needs Pro.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details never reach this site. Any tax that applies is added at checkout, based on where you are.
