Terms.

The terms for using Domify Tools and for the Pro plan, including cancelling and refunds.

Last updated 2 October 2026

Who we are

Domify Tools is run by Dom Stapleton, trading as Domify, a sole trader in the United Kingdom. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Domify. You can reach us at [email protected].

Using the tools

Every tool is free to use within the limits of the Free plan. Please do not use the tools to break the law, to attack or overload other sites, or to send spam. We can block an account or a link that does. How we handle your personal data is set out in the privacy policy.

The Free and Pro plans

The Free plan has no time limit. It includes every tool, with caps on a few of them. The Pro plan raises those caps and adds extra features. The pricing page lists exactly what each plan includes, and it is always the current list.

Price and payment

Pro costs £5 a month, or £48 a year. You choose which when you upgrade. Payments are handled by Stripe. For Pro, Stripe acts as the seller of record under its Managed Payments service, so Stripe’s terms also apply to your purchase, and your receipt comes from Stripe. Stripe calculates and adds any tax that applies at checkout, based on where you are. We never see or store your card details.

Renewal and cancelling

Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page by choosing Manage billing. If you cancel, you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your account returns to the Free plan.

Refunds

If Pro is not for you, you can have a full refund of any payment within 14 days of that payment. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and say that you would like a refund. We will cancel the subscription and send the refund to the card you paid with. Banks can take several days to show it.

After 14 days, we do not give refunds for the period you have already paid for. You can still cancel, so you are not charged again.

This does not affect any rights you have under the law.

Limits, and what happens to your data

If you go over a limit of the Free plan, the action stops and you see a message that says why. When Pro ends, we do not delete or lock anything you already have. If you have more than the Free limit allows, you can still view, edit and delete it, but you cannot add more until you are under the limit. Settings you already made, such as link passwords and expiry dates, keep working.

You can download all of your data at any time from your account page. If you delete your account, everything linked to it is deleted for good.

Changes

We may change the tools, the limits or the price. If we raise the price or reduce what Pro includes, we will tell Pro subscribers by email at least 30 days before it affects them, and you can cancel before then. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

The service as it is

We work to keep the tools running and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be available or free from errors. Some tools, such as the uptime monitor, are only as reliable as the networks they check over. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
