How does it work?
Create a project for your website and invite reviewers with a link. Once they install the Domify browser extension and follow the link, they can click anywhere on your live site to leave a comment – no code changes or staging environment needed.
Do reviewers need a Domify account?
No. Reviewers just follow your invite link, install the extension, and enter their name and email to get started. Only project owners need to sign in with Google – reviewers get a magic link by email whenever they need to sign back in.
What do reviewers see when they leave feedback?
A pin is dropped exactly where they clicked, along with a screenshot of the page at that moment, so you always know precisely what they were looking at – not just a vague description. They can set a priority on their own feedback, and reply to your comments directly.
Where do I manage feedback?
Everything reviewers submit lands in your dashboard, organised by project. Switch between a list or kanban board, drag issues between statuses, reply to comments, and set priorities as you work through them. You can also export everything to CSV or JSON, and get notified by email as reviewers submit and update feedback.
Can I control who's allowed to leave feedback?
Yes – each project can be scoped to a single domain, a whole site including subdomains, or a specific directory, so feedback can only be submitted within the area you've defined. Only reviewers who've joined via one of your invite links can submit it.
What can I use this for?
- Collecting client sign-off feedback on a site before launch
- Running a design review with your team directly on the live pages
- Letting stakeholders flag issues without needing dev tools or access to the codebase
