How do I track my income and bills?

Click 'Add entry', choose whether it's incoming or outgoing, then fill in the item name, amount and which day of the month it happens. Your entry is saved to your account straight away and appears in the list, with running totals updating automatically at the top.

Can I edit or delete an entry later?

Yes – open the three-dot menu on any entry to edit, copy or delete it. Copying is handy for recurring bills that only change slightly month to month.

What do the totals at the top mean?

'Incoming total' adds up everything you've marked as coming in, 'outgoing total' adds up everything going out, and 'spending money' is the difference between the two – a quick way to see what's left once your regular bills are accounted for.

Is my financial data secure?

Your entries are stored against your account and only accessible when you're signed in – nobody else can see or edit your data.

What can I use this tracker for?

  • Keeping a monthly overview of income and outgoings
  • Spotting which bills fall due around the same time
  • Working out how much spending money is left each month
  • Categorising expenses to see where money is going
  • Logging recurring costs like fuel, worked out with the fuel calculator

Does it work out my day-to-day budget for me?

It shows your totals and balance, but for more detailed sums – like splitting a budget across percentages or averaging your spending – try the percentage calculator or average calculator alongside it.
