How to convert HEIC to PDF

Drop your HEIC files into the box at the top of the page, or click it to browse your files. The converter makes a copy of each one in PDF format, and you can download them one by one or all at once. You can convert up to 30 images at a time, with a maximum file size of 8 MB each.

You can also resize your images and strip out metadata like EXIF data and GPS location while you convert. We store your images for an hour before we permanently delete them.

Converting HEIC to PDF

HEIC is typically used for photos taken on an iPhone, where small files save phone storage, while PDF is used for sharing or printing an image as a document.

What changes when I convert HEIC to PDF?

HEIC has already lost some detail to compression. Converting to PDF keeps what is there but cannot bring that detail back, and the file is usually larger.

Each image becomes its own PDF file. The tool does not merge several images into one document.

Your browser may not be able to show a preview of HEIC files, but they still convert as normal.

Understanding HEIC

HEIC is the format iPhones and many newer cameras use for photos. It keeps files small, but many websites, apps and older systems cannot open it.

Understanding PDF

PDF is a document format that looks the same on every device. Each image becomes its own PDF file.

Once your images are converted, the colour converter can help you translate any hex, RGB or CMYK values you're working with into whichever format your design tools need next.
